With effect from January 1st, 2016, CTMM and TI Pharma have merged into a new organization called Lygature.

All CTMM 'research pearl' projects will continue to run under the CTMM banner and be managed by the appropriate CTMM Program Manager for the duration of the projects. However, effective from the date of the merger, these Program Managers will be employed by the Lygature organization. All 'research pearl' projects will be concluded in 2017.
